Pilot the SpaceY Squidship* through its
atmospheric entry, descent, and lift balloon deployment in the atmosphere of
Earth's twin neighbor, Venus.
* any resemblance to real squidships living or dead is purely coincidental
The instrument panel shows:
- fin positions to both sides
- heat shield temperature and damage on top
(pure white is too hot)
- attitude, angular velocity, and angular acceleration in the center
- altitude and vertical components of velocity and acceleration on the left
(the green zone is safe altitude for balloon speed)
- speed upward on the right
(speed is safe for balloon deployment when the green is visible and top
of the thin line is under it)
- deceleration/g-force downward on the right
(green is comfortable, red is immediately dangerous)
- lateral acceleration below
